QInline offers a single point of contact and responsibility for the entire ILI project from pigging ability studies – through pipeline modifications to implementation of the run. Pipelines are often installed in in hospitable terrain areas. Certain areas are more prone to earthquakes, landslides, falling rocks, and other geohazards causing potential compromises to pipeline integrity. QInline offers state of the art pipeline movement with IMU navigation to determine the change of pipeline trajectory between successive XYZ mapping inspections.
QInline utilizes a Lazy Q Ranch, a state-of-the-art 2,200-acre testing and training facility in La Grange, Texas. Multiple diameter pull-tests and flow loops provide QInline with the means to develop and test new technologies and algorithms, providing a significant advantage over other ILI vendors.
